Hi, I’m Katherine Biely.
But you can call me Kat. I’m a graduate of a top five law school, a BigLaw dropout, and an experienced recruiter. I’ve hired for and been hired by law firms, nonprofits, FAANG, Fortune 500 corporate legal departments, and everything in between.
When I was building my career in the legal industry, I didn’t know all the things I didn’t know, and that lack of knowledge cost me numerous opportunities. Now that I’ve been on the both sides of the table, I want to share what I’ve learned. It’s my mission to help legal professionals build the kinds of careers we all dreamed about when we were watching Legally Blonde or Law and Order or (god-forbid) Suits for the 100th time.

What began as you-didn’t-hear-this-from-me advice I passed on to the candidates I worked with has evolved into something more. What sets me apart isn’t just my experience and my bespoke process—it’s the intention behind it. I take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose and in collaboration with every client I work with.
